ACRA FILING 

Every company incorporated in Singapore is required to file their returns with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA). Annual return filing is mandatory, whether the company is dormant or active.

According to the Singapore Companies Act, all companies must hold an Annual General Meeting (AGM) once every calendar year or within 15 months of the previous AGM, whichever comes first. Newly incorporated companies are allowed to hold their first AGM within 18 months from the date of incorporation.

Generally, companies must hold their AGM within 6 months of their financial year-end, and Annual Return (AR) filing must be completed within 1 month of the AGM date.
